**EU ORDERS - we send orders by Delivered Duties Unpaid (DDU) which means you may have to pay VAT, Customs Duties and a Handling Fee (so far we haven't heard of anyone being charged). Sorry, crazy new EU rules that are too expensive / complicated for us to integrate.**
